Womentors is bringing a new workshop - in the form of process drama to empower everyone in the room to truly understand the challenge faced by people of differences at workplaces. This workshop uses process drama techniques to invite participants to immerse themselves in specific scenarios and experience the struggles and feelings that sexual minorities may face in the workplace, thus reflecting on the importance of DEI – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Working professionals who are concerned about LGBT issues are suitable to join. No drama experience is required.
