活動詳情
Diversity is a given while inclusion is a choice. A choice that we explore with participants through the game/experience called Hack your Box for Inclusion. It is run via a set of two sessions from different perspectives.
Inclusion from the Outside in: Discover how you can "open" up your box to be more of your authentic self. Inclusion from the Inside out: Building empathic power to learn from and connect to people with different perspectives.
To bring context in daily work perspective, we will conclude with Lean In 50 ways to fight bias to discuss specific examples of bias, brainstorm solutions together and learn research-backed recommendations for what we can do together. This can reinforce key learnings and put them into practise in our daily work lives.
